About Us

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Gramotthan Vidyapeeth, Sangaria, Distt. Hanumangarh was sanctioned vide letter no. F-5(58)/90-KVK/AE. I , 19/11/93 as NGO by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) New Delhi and was established on October 1994. But its work actually started after recruitment of existing staff in April 1998, under the administrative control of Gramotthan Vidyapeeth, Sangaria.
Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sangaria is located about 26 Kms. from district head quarter on Bhagatpura road in North-West direction and tri junction of Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana. Gramotthan Vidyapeeth donated 50 acres. cultivated land at Sangaria to develop basic infrastructure facilities like demonstration unit, administrative block, farmer’s hostel, lab and agriculture farm.
